Getting a view of the Press Building and Arcul de Triumf in one fell swoop doesn't happen very often. Bulevardul Kiseleff is normally a thick, hardened artery dumping cars into downtown. But tonight it was closed for the embassy's July 4th celebration, and I just couldn't resist...

It's not fireworks exciting, but it was a special treat for having sat in traffic on the way down. Happy 4th of July!
